Why The Hell Did They Write A Song About That? – Part 3

There’s nothing wrong with working at a car wash.
There is something wrong with bragging about it.
“Pour Some Sugar On Me:”
I guess the writer of this song didn’t watch “60 Minutes”
on Sunday. One of the segments revealed sugar
is addictive and might be killing you.
(Although, they said nothing about having it thrown on you)
“I Want To Know What Love Is:”
I want to know why you don’t get out more.
“Nothing Compares 2 U:”
That’s a beautiful thing to say, we can all agree on that.
But it loses something when you write it in text-speak.
“Mama Said Knock You Out:”
Moms always give the best advice.
“The Lion Sleeps Tonight:”
Who keeps track of a lions’ sleeping habits?
It’s obvious the lion is having sleep issues.
Unless he takes Ambien and does crazy things at night he won’t remember in the morning.
“It’s My Party (And I’ll Cry If I Want To”):
Okay, so the onion dip didn’t come out quite right…
Is that any reason to cry?
Missed Part 1? Here ya go.
What about Part 2? Got that, too.
