Pusuke, listed by the Guinness Book of World Records as the world’s oldest-living dog, died in Japan on Monday. He was 26 years old. To celebrate his life let’s look back at some of his best Tweets. Rest in peace Pusuke.
“Dogs these days have it so easy. Doggie spas, healthy dog food, etc. And don’t get me started on wee wee pads. The whole thing makes me sick.”
“If one more person comes up to me and tries figuring out how old I would be in “Human Years,” I’m gonna bite their ass.”
“I didn’t have it easy growing up. I had to walk two miles to school in horrible weather with no shoes on…making sure my owners’ kids got there safely.
“You know what bugs me? Those “designer dogs.” Shnoodles, cockapoos, golden doodles. Cut the political correctness crap. In my day they were called what they are: “Mutts.”
“I do it human-style.”
“Here’s a little secret: You can teach an old dog new tricks…with the best grade sirloin steak. And a beer.”
“Had a brush with greatness today: While my owner was asking for Sarah Jessica Parker’s autograph, I humped her leg.”
“I’m so old I remember when our owners didn’t have to pick up after us. Gross.”
“You know why I try and bite the mailman? He’s always bringing me mail from AARD, American Association of Retired Dogs.”
