Things I Learned From Reading The First Few Pages of Men’s Health Magazine

I was looking through the latest issue of Men’s Health Magazine and learned so much in just the first few pages that I felt obligated to share…
People tend to take bigger helpings when their food is the same color as the plate.
(I use clear plates. What do you say about that Mr. Survey Guy?)
Revealing weight loss goals can make you less likely to follow through.
(Same exact thing happens when you don’t reveal your weight loss goals)
Women fake orgasms to keep men from straying.
(Men do not do this. As far as I know.)
Women are less likely to regret random hookups if the sex was satisfying.
Women prefer a calm man and can sense his demeanor just by looking at his face.
(However, they find out who they really are after 6 months of marriage)
Doing mental math relieves pain.
(Which is why I always carry Sudoku around with me , just in case I get hit by a bus)
A quick walk may reduce snacking.
(Not if you bring 3 Snickers bars along with you)
